Registration & Patients

How do I register?

Registration is quick and easy. Click Here for the necessary documents and detailed instructions.

How long does it take to register?

Once your completed forms are received, we will review them and if necessary, we may call to confirm some of the details. Once you are registered as a patient and your medical document has been validated we will send a confirmation letter. This can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.

Will you have any compassionate pricing or discounts?

Not at this time but it is something we are working to make available.

Products & Pricing

Can I purchase different varieties at one time to determine which works better for my condition?

Yes, you may purchase different varieties in one order, however, you must order a minimum of 5 grams of any individual variety.

Do you sell cannabis extracts?

Not at this time but it is something we are working to make available.

Do you use any irradiation?

No, none of our products have been treated with irradiation. We work hard to ensure a high quality product is produced without the use of irradiation.

Do you use any pesticides?

No, we do not use pesticides on any of our products. In the event a need arises for pest mitigation, we will only use Health Canada approved products.

How much does your cannabis cost?

What varieties of products do you offer?

We are initially offering a few different varieties meet the various needs of our patients. Our knowledgeable Patient Care Coordinators are available to work with patients to determine which variety, or varieties are best for your needs. We plan to increase the variety of our products as we expand our production capacity.

Where is your cannabis grown?

All of our cannabis is grown at our state-of-the-art facility in Armstrong, British Columbia.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you charge sales taxes?

We will charge sales taxes based on your respective province of residence.

How does shipping Work?

How is my medication shipped?

Our primary method of shipping is via Canada Post Xpresspost. A signature from an individual over the age of 18 will be required at the time of delivery. You can have your medication delivered to your home, your physician’s office (should they agree), or to your nearest Canada Post location.

How much cannabis can I order?

You can order as much as your doctor prescribes for you – however, Health Canada restricts us to shipping no more than 150 grams in any single order.

Can I operate a motor vehicle while on my medication?

It is highly discouraged to operate any motor vehicle while taking your medication.

Can I travel with my medication?

You may travel within Canada provided that you keep your documentation with you at all times. All international travel is prohibited.

Does my insurance cover my cannabis?

Most insurance plans do not yet cover medicinal cannabis although some may offer coverage. We suggest contacting your insurance company personally to obtain this information accurately. Please check with your accountant, as the cost of your medicine may be tax deductible.

How do I consume my medication?

There are a number of holistic ways to consume cannabis – vaporization is an excellent way to experience the benefits.

What do I use as proof that I am permitted to possess cannabis?

Our product packaging has a personal patient label similar to that of traditional prescription medication. This label should be used as proof that you are permitted to possess cannabis.
